With a career built around genuine connection, thoughtful service and an eye for style, Allison Ernst brings a distinctly personal approach to real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area. Approachable, trustworthy and resourceful, she believes the best real estate experiences begin with listening closely, communicating honestly and ensuring her clients feel informed and supported at every step.
Before entering real estate, Allison spent more than 20 years in luxury retail and operations management, working with renowned brands including Versace, Golden Goose and Rag & Bone, while also holding leadership roles with The Journeys Group. Her experience taught her how to anticipate clients’ needs, build lasting relationships and find creative solutions under pressure—skills that now shape the way she represents buyers and sellers. For Allison, the transition into real estate was a natural evolution of a career centered on helping people navigate important decisions with confidence.
Originally from St. Louis, Allison relocated to Tampa several years ago and quickly found a sense of home and community in the Tampa Bay area. Having experienced relocation firsthand, she especially enjoys helping newcomers discover the region, while also working with first-time homebuyers and clients throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg and the surrounding communities. Her familiarity with the area, paired with a strong marketing instinct and creative perspective, allows her to showcase not only a property, but the lifestyle and community surrounding it.
That connection to community extends well beyond real estate. Allison is deeply committed to animal welfare, managing a feral cat trap-neuter-return colony and volunteering with Mercy Full Project, where she has served as an event coordinator and committee member. She also donates 5% of every real estate commission to the organization. An entrepreneur at heart, Allison is the founder of accessible luxury jewelry brand Stacked by Prevail and co-founder of Common Grounds Coffee Club, a Tampa networking series created to bring local entrepreneurs together.
